The West End is one of the most pro-active neighborhoods in Atlanta-this is why I LOVE living here! My neighbors are out there planting, creating, restoring and it’s all so inspiring! I’m so moved that I’ve decided to begin to document all the lovely efforts around sustainable living. I grabbed my camera and started walking through the neighborhood-within a few blocks I found some lovely gardens. For the month of June-I’ll be featuring different community and private gardens (and environmental justice efforts) in the neighborhood.
How do you contribute to sustainable living in the West End? If you’d like to share your pictures, stories, tips w/ us…email them to: firstname.lastname@example.org.
